Truth of Kraut

From the moment you encountered this site you may wonder, why is Genghis Khan on a jar of Sauerkraut? Why IS this place called KrautChan? Well, it's simple really. It's often buried with all the other bigger things within Genghis Khan's history, but he really like Sauerkraut. To the point every land he conquered he brought it along with him, and it spread among the lands of which he controlled. Genghis Khan loved his Sauerkraut that apparently, he had a jar of it on him at all times.
