Weird Happenings

I have a concerning amount of hyper specific occurances that happen semi-regularly. Is it just me being schizo or is it just my body doing weird things? Is it just my body doing weird things or does everyone's body do that? It's all honestly really odd. How should I know if it's a normal thing or not?


Sometimes when I look up, like trying to get something high up I get blinded from some unknown light. It's so bright, I cannot see for at least thirty seconds after. No clue what causes it exactly other than me looking up.


In the corner of my eye I swear I see an eye coming out of the wall, when I turn to look at it the damn thing disappears. This is likely the most schizo thing that keeps happening to me, eyes literally coming out of walls. Name something more schizophrenic than that.
